Here's a copy of my 1st paper of my mathematical career. The NUMS presentation I gave was heavily based off of "Section 4: An Interesting Case", and I'm currently expanding on all of that in a more rigorous/proof-based fashion (as well as getting into some...deeper techniques and questions). Please cite correctly and give credit where credit is due if you're inclined to use this as a reference. Hey, I've used other undergrads work as a reference. And I cite them. And as it always is, this manuscript.... all pictures, words, and maybe even emotional moments..is intellectual property of Jonathan D Evenboer, copyright 2013 (this is revision 1 , Dec. 2013). Enjoy. ALSO: as I'm continuing research on a variant (wakkawakkawakka) of the "Interesting Case" section (and thus my NUMS presentation), I'd more than welcome a collaborator or two. I'd especially like to hear from people with strong analysis backgrounds, and mine is.... currently under analysis. Feel free to email me with questions (pertaining to either the paper or the direction of the current research). To weed out trolls and other evil entities perusing the web, I'll only be opening emails from university-related email addresses. My apologies to any and all adept "amateur" mathematicians. I hate the "amateur" tag as much as anyone else (believe me), but the risk of having to read an email asking if I considered embedding a hypercube into 1-space is too frightening to risk.
